Production Coordinator

Operation Tasks

- Comprehend the need for scheduling and procurement for each media project.
- Create and maintain team schedules and stablish priorities for each ongoing project.
- Communicate with different staff members in the Instructors and Courses Center to ensure timely delivery of the end product.
- Revise schedules according to instructors? requests, production needs and availability of resources.
- Recommend measure to improve production methods and equipment performance.
- Ascertain that the quality of the end product is in sync with the Edumall? demands and the overall reputation of the company.
- Analyze work problems that may affect production schedules and ensure that they are resolved immediately.

Development activities
- New tools to create the concrete format for story board creation.
- Continuously discover and implement new production technologies and industry?s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Staff evaluating criteria / standards
- Be evaluated based on KETRAPHAKY periodically ( an evaluation system that has been applied for thousands of employee in Topica Bangkok, Hanoi, Manila,...).
- Work to be reviewed the daily / weekly.

Report to the leadership
- Director of Instructors and Courses Center.
- Opportunity to manage with collaborators and freelancers.

Coordination departments
- Marketing and other team involved in producing content of online courses.

REQUIREMENTS
- Nationality : Thai
- Age : 22 - 27 Years old.
- TOEIC 600+ is preferrable.
- Bachelor in Mass communication / Fine and applied Arts / Music and performing Arts / Acting and Directing / Communication Arts / Performing Arts / Therter Design / Media and Communication and related field
- No experience required / if had is your advantage

Others Skills (Closely follow Topica's culture)
- Detail- oriented, dedication, passionate interest in filming and production.
- Good at teamwork.
- Communication Skils (Fluent in Thai, able to communicate and understand English).
- Willing to learn and explore new things, not afraid to get your hand dirty.
