REPONSIBILITIES
- Become Representative of Edumall to support customers by providing and processing information in response to inquiries or requests about products and services.
- Handle issues and give appropriate solutions for customers by many channels: hotline, email, website, social media, etc. after training to understand well about product.
- Update customer information in the customer service database after caring to mange your customers account and make report about customer problems, customer sastisfation to customized service
- Provide information and support related departments inside Edumall to update working process and improve product quality.
Development activities
- To research solutions and ideas to customize service and provide a good service
- Join projects of product developtment inside Edumall and Topica.
Staff evaluating criteria / standards
- Be evaluated based on KETRAPHAKY periodically ( an evaluation system that has been applied for thousands of employee in Topica Bangkok, Hanoi, Manila,...)
- Work to be reviewed the daily / weekly
Report to the leadership
- Reporting directly to Team Leader and Manager of CSC
Coordination departments
- Sales, Marketing, Payment and other related departments

REQUIREMENTS
- Thai
- 21-25 years old
- Fluent in Thai
- Can comunicate in english with TOEIC 600 is a plus.
Education Requiments
- Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience Requiments
- Experience not required but an advantage to those who have at least 1 year experience or more
- Have knowledge of customer service principles and practices is a plus.
Others Skills
- Be creative.
