REQUIREMENTS
- Determines requirement by working with instructors.
- Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
- Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Provide additional services by recognizing opportunities to convince instructor to join us; explaining new features.
- Maintain call center database by entering information.
- Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
Development activities :
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Staff evaluating criteria / standards :
- Be evaluated based on KETRAPHAKY periodically ( an evaluation system that has been applied for thousands of employees in Topica Bangkok, Hanoi, Manila,...)
- Work to be reviewed daily / weekly
Leader :
- Reporting directly to ISC Manager
- Chance to collaborate and manage both internal staffs and external parties e.g. marketing agencies, partnerships.
Coordination departments :
- Sales, Customer Service Centre, Payment and other related team

REQUIREMENTS
- Nationality : Thai
- Age : 21-26 years old
- Language : Fluent in Thai and English.
Toeic (point) : TOEIC 600 up or equivalent
Education Requiments
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
(art, humanities, social studies, mass communication or any related field...)
Work Experience Requiments
- Experiences in Service Center / Call center
- Experience not required but an advantage to those who have at least 1 year experience or more
- Have some background about online marketing is a plus
