Courses and Curriculum Developer

REQUIREMENTS
- Provides leadership in the identification and development of new courses in the emerging market of online instruction.

- Evaluate and establish relationships with multiple vendors; advises on contractual arrangements.
- Works with vendors and instructors to monitor, modify and improve curriculum.
- Coordinates and conducts market analysis in conjunction with Marketing Coordinator for assigned program(s) to target customers.
- Establish partnerships and/or coordinates with other departments to develop a comprehensive program of distance learning activities and modalities.
- Assist students with technical problems that may arise during the course completion process; Serves as a liaison between students and online instructors.
- Develop and monitor the online program budget. Computes instructional costs, (material, equipment, maintenance) for use in budget projections and measures cost effectiveness.
- Participate in program planning with managers and directors
- Read and researche to stay current on distance learning, online educational trends, changes, developments and teaching strategies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Staff evaluating criteria / standards
- Be evaluated based on KETRAPHAKY periodically ( an evaluation system that has been applied for thousands of employees in Topica Bangkok, Hanoi, Manila,...)
- Work to be reviewed daily / weekly

Report to the leadership
- Reporting directly to ISC Manager
- Chance to collaborate and manage both internal staffs and external parties e.g. marketing agencies, partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS - Nationality : Thai
- Age : 21-26 years old
- Fluent in Thai and English : TOEIC 600 up or equivalent

Education Requiments
- Bachelor's degree. In any related fields
(Education / Curriculum field, humanities, holistic studies, social studies, art, ...)
- Experiences in Curriculum / Education and academic field / Contect Creating ,mass media are preferable

- Experience not required but an advantage to those who have at least 1 year experience or more
- Have some background about online learning and curriculum creating
