Hotel Manager

Job Description and Duties
Hotel Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel include day-to-day staff management and guests, strongly focused on boutique and budget hotel management. Provide leadership and operational skills to maximize profits and excellent guest experience. Oversee the operations function of hotel including reception, housekeeping, reservations, human resources, property maintenance and accounting according to B2 Hotel standard, policies and procedures.

Qualification
? Thai Nationality only, Male or Female. Age is between 38 - 50 years old.
? Bachelor degree or higher.
? Previous experience 5 years minimum in Hotel Operation and in senior leadership role or department head level.
? Extensive hotel operations experience required.
? Strong in leadership and problem-solving abilities.
? Computer literate, internet and hotel management system required.
? Able to communicate in English.
? Good communication & interpersonal skills with teamwork attitude.
? Able travel to work in various new B2 hotels, are located in diffent region of Thailand (Udon Thani, Chachoengsao, Mae hong son, Pattaya Tai)
