The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the CP Leadership Institute.
The Human Resources Manager leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.
The Human Resources Manager coordinates the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Director of Human Resources and assists and advises heads of Department and managers about Human Resources issues.

Job Qualifications (ข้อกำหนด)
? Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
? Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the international hospitality industry
? Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
? Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Power Point and others
? Familiar with Personel Management system such as Eagle System,
? Languages: Thai native speaker, excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
? Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the international hospitality industry
