? Business and operational experience, preferably in ticketing.
? Knowledge of computer PC and Microsoft Office
? Attentive to detail with excellent communication skills and patience.
? Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively.
? Cooperative with strong team spirit
? Confident verbal communication and polished written communication in Thai & English.
? Experience with different channels of support, including voice, email, and chat on Social Media platforms.
? Capable of working under pressure.
