Food science/fishery degrees preferred
1. Monitor the QC operation process: checking the quality to be in accordance with the GMP/HACCP system requirements
2. Assist QA department in fieldwork
3. Coordinate with relevant authorities to process quality certification
4. Native proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Thai.
5. Jointly design and pioneer the food safety system in the company's new production plant
6. Determine the company's policies and standards for quality assurance
4. Plan, supervise and evaluate quality assurance standards throughout the production process
5. Quality control and monitoring and coordination of all parties to maintain the effective implementation of quality
6. Participate in analyzing the causes of quality problems of products and raw materials and presenting solutions to prevent problems
7. Communicate with external parties on behalf of the company on food safety related issues
8. Coordinate and ensure smoothness of factory audits
9. Keep up-to-date with food safety regulations locally and globally (in destination countries)
คุณสมบัติ
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science and Technology or in related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in management of quality control and assurance in the food industry
3. Knowledgeable in quality system: GMP/HACCCP, EU, ISO/TS16949
4. Good command in English
5. Good design of reports through MS Office
6. Ability to perform well under pressure
