- Recruitment & Performance Evaluation
- Developing job descriptions, preparing recruiting advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
- Working closely with departments in a consultancy role
- Help improving employee relations and responsible for all that concerned personnel matters
- Building good relationship between HR and other departments
- Managing personnel activities from orientation through exit interview

- Age between 23-32 years old
- Bachelor?s Degree or Higher in Human Resource, Communication Arts, or related field
- Have 2-5 years working experience in HR role.
- Proficiency in using computer program i.e. Microsoft Office
- Containing excellent interpersonal communication and people skills
